The armor includes:
- Belt of Truth: Embracing honesty and integrity.
- Breastplate of Righteousness: Living a life of moral integrity.
- Gospel of Peace: Being prepared to share the message of Christ.
- Shield of Faith: Trusting in God's promises to deflect spiritual attacks.
- Helmet of Salvation: Securing our minds with the assurance of salvation.
